In January this year we embarked on a new journey. Now we are overseeing the facility maintenance of three prestigious hotels within the Mogotel Group!
We are now proud providers of facility management services for Mogotel's esteemed hotels in Riga - Rixwell Ģertrūde Hotel, Rixwell Old Riga Palace, and Rija VEF Hotel.
To streamline operations and enhance efficiency, we are introducing the role of a dedicated personal manager within our service framework. This specialist will oversee all aspects of facility management, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, applications, and requirements.

Changes in legal and factual address
In order to provide to our customers and business partners easier access to our office, we are moving to a new office in the centre of Riga.

Maintenance of engineering communication systems - Liepaja State technical school
As a result of the public procurement tender, we have signed a cooperation agreement with Liepāja State technical school and will provide maintenance of engineering communication systems and carry out necessary repairs at this facility with a total area of 39 450 m2!
Engineering communication maintenance covers a variety of the systems. At Liepaja State technical school we will mainly provide:
- Maintenance of internal and external parts of air conditioning equipment
- Maintenance of ventilation systems
- Maintenance of heating system equipment
- Maintenance of automatic door system equipment
- Maintenance of the automatic gates system equipment
After the renovation works in 2016, Liepāja State technical school has become one of the most modern vocational education institutions in the Kurzeme region. It is equipped with a fully-fledged learning environment and provides an opportunity to educate qualified specialists according to the needs of the labour market.

Ventilation equipment maintenance - Ogre Municipality
We are pleased to have won the public procurement tender, as a result of which we provide maintenance of ventilation equipment and air conditioning systems for the Ogre Municipality facilities, 49 buildings in total!

Maintenance of ventilation and air-conditioning systems is an integral part of the daily management of commercial buildings. Our ventilation system operation and maintenance helps to ensure and maintain appropriate air circulation and comfortable climate inside the building premises.
#City Service Engineering clients include #Rīgas Meži, which manages forests, gardens and parks owned by the Latvian capital. We provide ventilation and air-conditioning services at the Mežaparks Culture and Leisure Park (10185 m2) and Daugava forestry. We carry out regular maintenance, cleaning and upkeep to ensure that the systems run smoothly, guarantee optimum air quality and a comfortable indoor temperature.

Maintenance of commercial buildings - Riga technical university
Our profile of customers includes major retail chains, logistics parks, hotels, and office buildings. One of our cherished long-term partnerships is with the prestigious #RigaTechnicalUniversity.

Construction work on the largest sports club in the Baltics completed
City Service Engineering's regular customers include the Lemon Gym sports club chain. In May, construction work was completed at the company's largest branch in the Baltics. The sports club occupies an area of more than 1,500 m2.
Construction work began in late February and as a result of high-quality work organization the object was put into operation in less than 3 months. Professional team of City Service Engineering carried out construction of group of premises including water supply and sewerage systems, heating, power supply, ventilation and air conditioning. In May the sports club opened its doors to its first visitors.
